WEBenableIT's Web based Job Costing system also known as a Job Bag system in the media profession, allows media and professional businesses to virtualise their working infrastructure. It facilitates the integration of home based workers into the ethos of costing and control by management. By giving all creative workers access to the activity recording part of the online costing system, activities and disbursements can be entered as and when they are performed and incurred by the creative professional not as an afterthought at the month end. The web based nature of the system means client briefs can be worked on anywhere and information can be entered from home, hotels, trains and airport lounges.

The system removes reliance on paper and spreadsheets and enables management to see in one place both the detail and the overview of what services are being delivered to whom.

The base system is designed to deal with both recurring campaigns with standard fee billing and one off projects. Of course the system will be customised for each client where required as ease of customisation is a crucial advantage of WEBenableIT.

Also it is role based with creative professionals being able to see only there own activity and disbursements or expenses whilst admin and management have a complete overview of all the activity in the system.

It contains options to cater for elements of CRM in respect of new clients and early notice pre-approval stage jobs from existing clients. Meeting minutes, Email 'conversations'  and phone call minutes can be tracked by client to record changes to the client brief that are public and open to all involved rather than a remembered conversation.
